TASMAC TNTera offers membership subscriptions that provide access to exclusive benefits:

• Digital ID Card: Members receive a digital identification card upon registration and successful payment
• News Access: Full access to all news articles and community updates
• Post Creation: Ability to create and publish posts (subject to approval)
• Community Features: Access to community forums and discussions

When you submit, post, or share content on our Platform ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display your content
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

All User Content is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Uploading malicious software or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting our Platform

Our Platform uses secure payment processing through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge the specified amount
• Accept our pricing and payment terms

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Membership fees are charged annually
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Platform are the exclusive property of TASMAC TNTera. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without written authorization

Our Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The content is accurate, complete, or current
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASMAC TNTera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful conduct towards other users
• At our sole discretion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of our Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
