At TASMAC TNTera, we value our members and donors. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for donations and membership fees processed through our platform.

2. Cancellations

Membership: You may choose to discontinue your membership at any time. However, please note that membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

Donations: Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled as the funds are immediately allocated to our initiatives and community support programs.

3. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for any payments made on our platform, including membership fees and donations, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by technical errors during the payment process.
  • Unauthorized transactions made through your account without your consent (subject to verification).
  • Excess payments made due to system glitches.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions towards the community and welfare activities managed by TASMAC TNTera. As these funds are used for non-profit and social welfare purposes, they are non-refundable.

5. Membership Fees

Membership fees provide access to exclusive benefits, news, and community features. Upon payment, the membership is activated immediately. Therefore, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Refund Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria mentioned in Section 3, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Provide your Transaction ID, date of payment, and the specific reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 working days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 working days.
